No problems with Dr. Levy
It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Levy. He is great and my shoulder replacement is just great.
The most concerning, understanding, caring professional I have had the opportunity to have seen.
I came to Dr. Jonathan Levy for a second opinion. He was honest with me and explained to me what he thought was my issue and took the necessary measures to get me out of pain. I will return for a follow-up in August 2019.
Dr. levy and Sara Blum PA show total compassion at each visit. even with the volume of patients being seen his operation is very smooth.
Dr Levy was very thorough and explained everything regarding my problem and the treatment he recommended. He answered my concerns and gave me his rationale for the treatment he chose for me.
I was very satisfied with the care I received.
All staff & *Dr. Levy have always taken good care of me & continued excellent up to and including this visit.
Physician's assistant Sara Blum is an outstanding care-giver, inspires confidence and comfort. I have found the office staff to be organized and efficient, by far the best of any I have dealt with of late.
This physician is top notch. The best their is!
professional and knowledgeable
Dr. Levy and his medical staff are top notch.
thank him for seeing me so quickly after my accident
the doctor and staff are excellent. the wait time was my only negative experience, but in truth I spoke to a few other patients around me in the waiting room and they said this was the first time they have ever waited as long as we did to see the doctor.
dr Levy and his staff were wonderful
Dr. Levy and his staff are always excellent!
One of the best surgeons I have ever had any experience with. The staff was awesome.
the physician seemed very kind concerned and empathetic and interested in helping me also very encouraging
he is very knowledgeable and listens to patients problems. levy fixed my arm and feels great
Dr. Levy is exceptional. I traveled from SC for him to perform my surgery.
great as always
*Sara is very nice & very capable.
This survey really does not pertain to me. It was a yearly check up (last one - 3 yr. check up). Staff has always been great to me. Highly recommend them.
I made the appointment with Dr. Levy at the recommendation of Dr. Jorge Gonzalez of the Orthopedic Speciality Institute. OSI physicians don't do shoulder replacements. I have musculoskeletal issues exacerbated by scoliosis. Because my range of motion and functioning are very good, Dr. Levy didn't recommend surgery at this time, which didn't surprise me. I wanted to set up this provider relationship so that in the event this changes, I can easily see him.
comfortable & informative
excellent, absolutely needs NO improvement.
The dr. was very nice and professional.
Good experience. Very professional
He was definitely knowledgeable re shoulder issues, replacements in particular. However, he did not go over my x-rays with me to explain and point out to me the areas causing the need for replacement. I felt like he was in a big hurry.
Excellent -couldn't be better totally satisfied
Great Doctor explained things well at the time
Dr. Levy is excellent. He explained exactly what was going on and showed me on x-rays. I feel very confident in his ability to fix the problem.
Very professional, office efficient and caring.
Dr. Levy was very attentive to what I had to say about my shoulder problem
Dr Levy was teriffic. Broke my arm while in CA. Because of a orthopedic conference in mid March no one could see me. after leaving the hospital with a splint we decided to return home and find a surgeon. Another surgeon recommended Dr Levy and he saw me on the Monday and operated on Thursday. We were very lucky to get him.
dr Levy is a very good doctor
Dr Levy was highly bv recommended to me. he explained everything very thoroughly . All our questions were answered as well.
First visit with physician. Felt immediately comfortable and have a lot of confidence in treatment plan.
confident my issue will be resolved
This was my first appointment with Dr. Levy. He seemed convinced that I had done everything in my purview to ameliorate my shoulder pain. He scheduled me for surgery and explained the pros and cons. He took his time, presented all information, and answered my questions in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
*Dr. Levy is excellent MD - My husband also an MD - though _____ him - He is very knowledgeable.

I had a very good experience with the doctor.
Dr. levy came highly recommended
great doctor and team
Excellent. Excellent care and attention to my situation.
This was a one year checkup for complicated shoulder surgery that was performed by the physician. He was surprised at the problem I was experiencing post-surgery but did not hold out promise that there would be any significant improvement in the condition. I did request and he did provide an Rx for physical therapy and I am currently undergoing that at my location. Time will tell whether there is any improvement. The good news is that I am no longer experiencing any of the previous shoulder pai
Dr Levy and his staff are excellent
